The TLS has had a huge positive effect on behaviour over the season
We have seen clubs really take ownership of concerns and it has been excellent to work together with clubs to improve experiences for all involved.
Next steps – Spectator behaviour has unfortunately continued to decline, this is evident in the reports received and the feedback from the recent league survey.
Adults cannot be allowed to continually have a negative effect on our players, clubs have asked us for support in these areas which has led to the new TLS criteria.
