PROCEDURE FOR REQUESTING MATCH VISITS FROM LEAGUE OFFICIALS/MATCH WATCHERS

If you feel it would be appropriate for a League Official/Match Watcher to observe one of your games please follow the procedure below:

  1. Discuss your concerns with your Club Welfare Officer
  2. Consider whether it would be more appropriate for your concerns to be dealt with by your Club Welfare Officer and/or Club Committee
  3. If a visit from a League Official/Match Watcher is still felt appropriate please ask your Club Welfare Officer to follow the link below and complete the match visit request form
  4. All requests will be assessed and prioritised by League Welfare Officers who will liaise with Club Welfare Officers as appropriate.

PLEASE NOTE:

Due to the increased number and duplication of requests for match visits over the past couple of seasons it has been necessary to introduce changes as above. There have been occasions when this has resulted in two League Officials/match watchers attending the same game which is a waste of invaluable time.

REQUESTS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED FROM CLUB WELFARE OFFICERS.
