A player may not be registered in March, except by special permission of the Management Committee.

A player shall not be de-registered from a Club in the Competition after 31st December. Consideration may be given to applications for the de-registration of any player during the month of January but only if made in writing to the Competition Secretary.

Clubs running more than one team in an age group cannot swap players between teams even though they’re from the same Club. For example, a player registered with the Blue team cannot play for the Red team without first being de-registered from the Blue team and then registered or signed for the Red team.

Registrations are valid for one season only and do not cease until midnight on 31st May.

During the playing season, a player registered with a team may not train, play for or act as a guest player with any other team. If it is believed that that there has been an illegal approach to a player or “poaching”, the County FA need to be informed. They will deal with this so give them as much detail as possible.
