Postponing Games Less than 27 days (13 days the case of the first two fixture dates of the season) but more than 7 days in advance

Note any request made 28 days or before, both managers do not have to be agreeable to it – permission to grant the request is down to the League Committee.

If between 27 days and 7 days before fixture and both managers are agreeable, only 7 days notice is required.

If cancelling after 28 days and 7 days before the fixture both teams must send a completed postponement form to the League secretary confirming this - this demonstrates both teams are in agreement.

Teams are only allowed to put in a maximum of 2 requests per season.

---

The new postponement request is now live. You now log into your clubs league admin site – your club secretary will have your club details.

Click on teams – and then click on postponement. Complete the form online and then a decision will be made as soon as possible.

Remember to look to bring games forward and any requests granted mean that both teams have 14 days to provide the same date to the age-group registrar regarding the new date for the game.
