Hi Beverley – just a quick note to formally thank James and Matt running your Under16 Reds side.  We were faced with very low player numbers today for a variety of reasons.  James and Matt reduced their own side to even things up somewhat without hesitation.  In this uncertain season I hope more team managers take this approach, showing respect and role modelling for the players we work with.
