The League is as you would expect monitoring the situation regard to the above and has decided that it will follow other Leagues in suspending the prematch Respect Handshake until Further notice.

We would still encourage the prematch line up and for teams to simply walk past and wish each other good luck.

At the end of the games it would be good to see  3 cheers for each team as we used to do way back when.

The League hopes the above will be respected by all member clubs and we will continue to follow the Public Health Updates with regard to the virus

With regard to any reporting of whether the prematch handshake took place please just fill in as a yes.

Regards

Matt
