In order for the league to have an idea of which referees are DBS checked, and who has an ID card, the league will be providing an ID card service for referees. In order to get your league referee ID card, please could you fill out your details in the following link: https://www.sheffieldjunior.helpwithit.co.uk/procedures/onlineforms/referee/refapplicationform.php
Once we have confirmed that you have an in date DBS check we will get you an ID card printed. Some referees have already received their County FA ID card. This card will also still be accepted by the league, and we will print it for you onto a card so it is easier to carry for you game to game. If you would like your CFA ID card printing, please send to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do request that all referee sign up to the online service, and use this system to take games. This stops referees having to look over multiple pages to find games they want to referee, and allows clubs to put them all through on one system.
Please could you also fill out the attached form and return to email@example.com.
Thank you for your co-operation in this matter and we hope to see an exponential increase in the number of referees taking requests through our admin system.
