We will be covering 7 age groups (age groups 2019/20 season).
Under 7s on Saturday 22nd June... AM(5v5).... (age groups 2019/20 season).........
Under 8s on Saturday 23rd June.....PM(5v5).... (age groups 2019/20 season).
Under 11s on Sunday June 23rd.....AM(9v9).... (age groups 2019/20 season).
Under 12s on Sunday June 23rd.....PM(9v9).... (age groups 2019/20 season).
Under 9s on Saturday June 29th.....AM(7v7).... (age groups 2019/20 season).
Under 10s on Saturday June 29th...PM(7v7).... (age groups 2019/20 season).
Under 13s on Sunday June 30th.....AM(9v9).....(age groups 2019/20 season).

Programs & Entry.
Entrance fee is £3.00 per car & £1.00 per Adult walk ins. With the entrance fee you will
receive a detailed program of the days events. Dogs are permitted on the recreation
ground BUT must be kept on a lead.
Parking is available on The Recreation Ground but extra car parking is available using
The Village Hall Car park on green lane, Tupton Social Club on Queen Victoria Road
and Tupton Primary School Field off Nethermoor Road(signs will be out on the day).
Refreshments,Bar & Facilities
Food and drinks will be available to buy in the clubhouse and a fully licensed bar will be
available from 12.00pm.(No Alcohol to be taken pitch side,please use the bar area/patio
area).Toilets can be found in the clubhouse,PLEASE NO FOOTBALL BOOTS TO BE
WORN IN THE CLUBHOUSE OR ON THE DECKED PATIO AREA.
BBQ s are not allowed on the recreation ground.
First aid will be available on site with designated First Aiders,if you require their
assistance please ask staff in the clubhouse or at the first aid station.
Team shelters(gazebos)are allowed on the day and should set up around the playing area
in a way that does not interfere with matches as they are in progress.
Bouncy Castles, Football shoot out and a selection of stallswill be on site to help entertain the children.
On the day their will be a photographer taking team photos and individual photos of the
players(including action shots during the games).The photos will be able to be purchased
on the day.
Important Photography Notification
Photographs will be taken during the football competition and will be available for purchase on the
day and may also be used for promotional purposes. These include team photos, individual player
portraits and photos of the action during the matches. By allowing your child to participate in the
event you are providing consent to this. Any parents or guardians who do not wish their
child/children to be photographed must inform their team coach who must then inform the event
organiser in writing at least two days before the event.
PLEASE FIND ATTACHED BOTH ENTRY FORMS FOR BOTH WEEKENDS FOR YOU TO FILL IN FOR YOUR RELEVENT AGE GROUP/DATE ETC.
Please remember its 2019/20 age groups so if you are under 7s this season you enter the under 8s etc.
